CST is a team delivered, face-to-face service that offers direct mental health and substance use treatment outside of clinical settings. Our team meets individuals where they are, at home or in the community to provide therapeutic interventions, rehabilitative support, and crisis management tailored to each person’s unique challenges and goals.

 

We focus on helping individuals rebuild their lives across multiple domains, including:
